Sir, you’ve been in a coma since X is a series of image macros depicting a stock image of a nurse and a patient on a hospital bed. The image generally comes with a top caption of the nurse stating how long the patient has been in a coma, followed by a bottom caption of the patient expressing enthusiasm for doing something when he gets out of the hospital, which ironically is no longer possible by the time the image is posted.
